Helpdesk/Concierge

JoMax Consulting has borrowed a concept from the hospitality industry to describe and perform a true service in supporting customers through phone support, or to answer questions. The act of answering a phone can have two very different outcomes, completely bad and adversarial, or best case, one achieved by design and planning is the creation of a happy customer.

JoMax Consulting has partnered with some of the largest resources in the country and have designed an approach that is very unique in the adoption and delivery of the service. In the end, the "Helpdesk" is replaced with a customer centric Concierge Service that takes ownership of the problem and is trained to communicate to the customer base.
